Avant la retraite, nous explorerons la guérison énergétique à travers le Reiki, le Tonglen et d’autres pratiques :

offrir Reiki aux animaux et aux plantes

harmoniser les espaces et les objets
La retraite en terrain privé inclut :

Before the retreat, we will explore Reiki, Tonglen, and other practices:

The retreat on private land includes:
